The brand-new Model 5.0 is designed to fit all mid-size truck beds that are roughly 5’ in length and have a narrower bed than those on full-size trucks. We engineered it to fit the 3 most recent generations of truck beds of the Toyota Tacoma, GMC Canyon, Chevrolet Colorado, Nissan Frontier (the factory roof rack on the previous generation Frontier will be removed), and the Ford Ranger.
The Model 5.0 presented many challenges. Most notable was how to get the interior standing height to 6’ 6” when the overall length of the camper is only 5 feet. The solution is our extendable center bow system. Although the Model 5.0 is narrower than the Model 5.0 GLR and Model 5.5, all the same amenities are available, and this camper turns your mid-size truck into a full-blown RV.
